What is the 14-day demo (trial) version?

The demo version is absolutely free. During 14 days you will be able to use all the features of the system without any restrictions. If you have any questions, you can contact the technical support department. Before the expiration of 14 days, in case of subscribing to any package, the probationary days will be added to your package.

How to use the 'Starter' package?

Just register in the system and start working. After the expiration of 14 days of the trial version, if you do not subscribe to any package, your tariff plan will automatically switch to the 'Starter' package. This package has no time limit, but some sections and functions are not available.

What happens after the end of the trial version?

After the end of the trial version, in order to continue the work, it is necessary to subscribe to one of the Haysell packages. Before activating the package, a switch will be made to the 'Starter' package, as a result of which the system will be available with functional limitations of some sections. If you have not used your Haysell account for more than 6 months, we reserve the right to delete your profile and data.

How can I pay for the subscription?

Haysell works with prepaid tariff plan. In case of having a sufficient amount of money in your account in Haysell, the selected package is automatically paid. You can top up your Haysell account with EasyPay, Telcell, Idram payment system terminals, application or bank card. Invoices are issued by the accounting department for legal entities.

How to get a discount?

To get a discount, you need to pay for a 6-month or annual subscription to one of the 'Standard', 'Professional', 'Corporate' or 'Enterprise' packages. In case of one-time payment you will receive accordingly 10% and 15% discount.

How to delete test data after the expiration date of the demo version?

To delete the data entered in the profile during the test period, you need to contact the service center or write on the profile chat platform.
